TERMS:

We do offer terms on most of our horses.   We hope this makes it easier for you to buy the horse you want.   Our term arrangements are offered to qualified buyers.  On term purchases, the basic structure of our contract is to require a 20% non-refundable deposit,  and short-term, interest-free financing.  As a rule, those horses being financed remain with us until final payment.  We do offer 60 days free board and care for those horses which are purchased on term arrangements.   We will strive to work with a buyer to make it possible for you to own the horse you want.  Don't hesitate to inquire about special arrangements. 

BUYING FOALS:

We do not wean our foals until approximately four to six months of age, depending upon the foal and its development both physically and emotionally.  If you're interested in purchasing a young foal, you are welcome to make a deposit on the foal of your choice, which will hold him/her until weaning. 

TRANSPORTATION:

Transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  If you are buying from out of state, be sure to understand that your costs can be anywhere from $200 and up, depending upon distance, over the cost of the horse.  We do have shippers we highly recommend for out of state transport.  We provide and pay for the Coggins testing and required health certificates for all horses shipping out of state. 

MARES SOLD AS BRED:

Those mares which are being advertised as "bred to", unless otherwise stated, have as a rule NOT been ultrasounded.  This means that we cannot confirm the mare to be in foal, but she has been exposed to a stallion.   We will ultrasound mares, if requested by the buyer, and that cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
