SUNDANCER'S DREAM CASTER
Spragues Buckeye x Iles
Hillridge Victorious Spirit
AMHA/AMHR 31.50"
Solid Palomino
"Teek", as he's known around the barn, was bred and raised by us and he's been worth every single second of the effort. We were never able to get Teek on the show circuit as he suffered an accident at 3 weeks of age and lost an eye, however, he's gone on to prove himself with his first foal, a buckskin filly born in 2004, was shown as a yearling and has won several 1st, 2nd and Reserve Grand placements at halter, as well a National Top Ten title. His third foal, a colt born in 2006, will be making his show debut in 2007. We're extremely pleased with what Teek is producing for us and looking forward to a great future with him as a herdsire. Teek has a wonderfully kind and gentle disposition, and is always the consummate gentleman, whether breeding mares, or just visiting with his favorite people. Teek carries the bloodlines from NFC, 4G's, Dell Tera's, and Hemlock Brooks. We anticipate seeing what Teek will do when crossed on more of our mares.
TRIPLE K'S LIL BLUE SHOWBOY
DBF's Blue & Gold x Huff's Blue Cheers
AMHA/AMHR 31.00"
Solid Black
Showboy is our primary herd stallion. We purchased him in 2001, bred him to three mares and were extremely pleased with the results of those breedings. He consistently produces nicely balanced and square foals with overall excellent conformation. He has an exceptional temperament and is truly one of the gentlest and kindest horses I've known in my lifetime, and he passes this along to his offspring. Showboy's sire and dam are both finished show horses, with his sire, DBFs Blue and Gold, being a rare true blue roan. Showboy was trained to harness shortly after his arrival. Now, along with being responsible for his four footed "ladies", he also gives us hours of pleasure in cart. He is one of the most reliable and steady horses I've ever driven.
UPDATE: February 2007 -- Due to the fact that we've kept so many of his daughters, Showboy has been sold and will be making his new home in the Pacific Northwest later this year.
